CONTEST RULES

 

No purchase necessary. Open to residents of Ontario, who meet age and eligibility requirements. Contest runs on February 7 and 8, 2026 between 11 A.M. and 4 P.M. Eastern Time (Toronto). Enter by presenting eligible same‑day purchase receipts for Hillcrest Mall retailers totaling at least $200 (pre‑tax) at the contest kiosk or by completing the no‑purchase‑necessary entry form at Guest Services. Prizes: There are 544 prizes to be won, such as gift cards, merchandise, and coupons, with individual approximate retail values ranging from $2 to $240. See Contest Rules for individual prize descriptions and values. The total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won is $8,945. Odds depend on number of eligible participants and the number and type of prizes remaining at the time of participation. Skill-testing question required. Winner must complete a declaration of eligibility and provide contest sponsor with a full release. 1. Contest Sponsor

This contest is administered by Oxford Properties Group (referred to in these Rules as “Oxford”). This contest is sponsored by Oxford.

 

2. Contest Period

The contest will be held on February 7, 2026 between 11 A.M. and 4 P.M. Eastern Time (Toronto) and on February 8, 2026 between 11 A.M. and 4 P.M. Eastern Time (Toronto).

 

3. Eligibility

 

Who can enter

• You must be an individual (not a company or group).
• You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence or if you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission and your parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on your behalf and must co-sign the declaration of eligibility and release on your behalf.
• You must be a legal resident of Ontario.

Employees or volunteers at retailers located in any Oxford shopping centre can enter if they meet the above requirements.

 

Who cannot enter

• Employees, directors and officers of Oxford, its affiliates, or their advertising and marketing partners.
• Immediate family members of the persons described above, including parents, siblings, children, and spouses (including common-law spouses).

 

If Oxford determines, in its sole discretion, that you are not eligible or have not complied with these Rules, you will be disqualified. If you have already been selected as a winner and have received your prize, you must return the prize to Oxford at your own cost within ten (10) days of receiving notice from Oxford. Oxford reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the prize value if the prize is not returned.

 

4. How to enter

 

(A) Purchase‑Based Entry

 

Bring same‑day Hillcrest Mall purchase receipts totalling at least $200 pre‑tax (including gift card purchases) to the Spin‑the‑Wheel kiosk in Centre Court.

• A brand ambassador will verify your receipts.
• The receipt will be marked to prevent re‑use.
• You will receive one spin per day.

 

(B) No‑Purchase Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Complete a short paper entry form at Guest Services that includes:

• name
• email
• correct answer to a skill‑testing question

Present the completed form to the brand ambassador to receive one spin.

Only one spin per person per day is permitted, regardless of entry method.

• The total value of all prizes is: $8,945.
• Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Oxford.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash surrender value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable and will not be substituted, except that Oxford may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in Oxford’s discretion.
• Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, gratuities, insurance, service charges, delivery, installation, setup costs, and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes.

 

6. Odds of winning

The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entrants who complete a spin and the number and type of prizes remaining at the time of the spin.

 

7. How potential winners are chosen

Oxford will verify each eligible entry received during the Contest Period. Potential winners will be selected at the contest kiosk at the time the entrant spins the wheel. The prize revealed by the spin will determine the potential winner’s prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. The availability of prizes may vary throughout the Contest Period, and prizes will be awarded while supplies last.

 

8. How confirmed winners are chosen

 

To be confirmed as a winner:

• You must meet all eligibility rules.
• You must show photo ID to prove you are the selected entrant.
• You must sign a release form provided by Oxford. This form confirms you meet the rules, releases Oxford and its affiliates from any liability, and includes a skill-testing question you must answer correctly.
• You must return the signed form and show your ID.

 

If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must sign the release and provide photo ID.

 

If you don’t meet these requirements, you forfeit the prize and Oxford may pick another winner.

 

9. How to get your prize

 

If you are confirmed as a winner, you will be provided with your prize at the contest kiosk.

 

If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must pick up the prize.

 

10. Other important rules

 

• This contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.
• By entering, you agree to these rules and all applicable laws.
• Oxford’s decisions are final with respect to all aspects of this contest. There is no right of appeal.
• Oxford may suspend, cancel or change the contest if it determines there is an error in the contest, these Rules, or the method of awarding prizes, or there is a technical problem, fraud, or any other matter that interferes with the contest or the integrity of the winner selection process. Oxford will post a notice of suspension, cancellation or change on its website or the shopping centre website or its social media account. Oxford has no liability whatsoever for any suspension, cancellation or change.
• Oxford and its affiliates are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damage related to entering the contest.

• Any attempt to cheat or disrupt the contest may result in disqualification and legal action.
• If you enter using a mobile device, you are responsible for any data charges.
