WHO YOU ARE As an ideal candidate you possess a strong, expressive personality with a stylistically appropriate and professional manner. The ideal candidate will also be metrics driven, poised and confident. Swarovski Keyholders play a key role in ensuring an exceptional level of education on the retail floor by training, coaching, and developing team members who deliver the Swarovski experience. Keyholders build capabilities within the store to drive strategy and achieve results for the business. Under the supervision of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the position supports in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations. Our Keyholders embodies the "Crystal World" culture for all new and existing Swarovski customers. Keyholders are accountable for individual and store performance. - Candidates must have 6 - 12 months supervisory experience in a premium, luxury branded retail environment - Background in a target/metric-oriented environment - Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations - Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision - Ability to read and interpret documents such as Store Operations Manuals and Training Manuals - Minimum 18 years of age - HS diploma or equivalent WHAT WE EXPECT - Lead sales and profitability targets by providing excellent customer experience as well as other support store operations when Store Manager is absent - Develop authentic relationships with the consumer by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience - Promote the features and benefits of the Swarovski Crystal Society membership to all consumers and meeting established monthly membership sales goals. - Maintain the spirit of ownership by demonstrating strong problem-solving skills - Open and close the store Maintain a flexible work schedule including evening, weekends and holiday availability - All employees are expected to be available to work the start of November and “Black Friday” until end of Holiday Season (to be defined each year based on period in which clients are permitted to return holiday merchandise) - Experience a strong sense of belonging as we proudly work together.
