Purchasing terms

1. Please note gift cards are non-refundable. We do not accept prepaid cards and at this time, we are not accepting cash.
2. Daily purchase limits apply across all purchase channels, including in-mall purchases at Guest Services, gift card kiosk purchases, and online purchases (including E-Gift Cards, Group E-Gifting, and Physical Gift Cards delivered to you).
   • January 1 to October 31: Daily purchase limit is $2,500 per customer per day.
   • November 1 to December 31: Daily purchase limit is $5,000 per customer per day.
3. Corporate customers who require amounts above the applicable daily limit must complete a Know Your Business (KYB) Client Form and receive approval prior to purchase.  For assistance, please contact the shopping centre or email corporategiftcards@oxfordproperties.com
