Guest Experience Location
Our Guest Experience Kiosk is located near Entrance #4, near the Hudson’s Bay Store.
Our Guest Experience Representatives will be glad to assist you in locating a particular store or help you find your way around the centre, and even the Richmond Hill area.
The Hillcrest Gift Card is available in any denomination between $10–$500. Find out more information about the Hillcrest Gift Card Program here.
For your convenience, the Hillcrest Guest Experience kiosk is pleased to provide our customers with complimentary phone chargers, available for Iphone, Blackberry and Android. Simply leave your Driver’s License with us while you borrow the charger and continue to shop. When your phone is charged, please return the charger and we’ll return your Driver’s License.
Washrooms are located on the lower level near the Food Court and on the upper level near the Professional Offices. A family washroom is located on the lower level near the Food Court, and offers a quiet location for mothers to nurse their child. Baby change stations are also located in both the men’s and women’s washroom.
Additional Family Services
We have many amenities that will enhance families’ shopping experience.
- Parent designated parking spaces are located at each of our main entrances.
- A mother’s nursing room is located in our Family Washroom, just off the Food Court.
- Baby bottle warming service and free diaper kits are available at the Guest Experience Kiosk.
- Soft Seating is located throughout the shopping centre so families can take a break and relax.
- Strollers are available at the Guest Experience Kiosk located near Entrance #4. Single and double strollers are complimentary.
- A piece of government-issued identification must be presented to borrow a stoller.
Lost and Found
When items have been misplaced at Hillcrest, contact our Guest Experience Kiosk at 905 883-1400 for immediate assistance, located near Entrance #4.
Hillcrest is pleased to announce that complimentary Wi-Fi access is available mall-wide. The Wi-Fi name is "Hillcrest Guest". After your phone has picked up the signal, you will be directed to a new page where you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions.
Hillcrest aims to ensure that everyone enjoys our premises.
Wheelchairs are available on a complimentary, first-come first-served basis at the Guest Experience Kiosk. A piece of government-issued identification must be presented to borrow a wheelchair.
Vehicles with permits may park in designated parking stalls near every entrance to the mall, including Hudsons Bay, and the Food Court Entrance. Automatic doors are located at all entrances to the mall. A passenger elevator is located near Entrance #4 if you require access to the professional offices on the second level.
Modern, comfortable and clean washrooms are available on the first level near the Food Court and on the second level for people with special needs, and are wheelchair accessible.
Automated Teller Machines

- ATM – Near the washrooms just off the Food Court
Hillcrest has a fully integrated recycling program involving both retailers and customers. There are recycling bins in the Food Court and throughout the mall for our customers’ use.
The role of the Hillcrest Security team is to ensure that every visitor to Hillcrest has a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. By patrolling and monitoring all areas of the shopping centre, including the exterior parking facilities, Hillcrest Security makes certain that all visitors abide by the centre's rules and regulations and conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive to a safe and secure environment.
Our Security Guards are a constant presence at the shopping centre ensuring that the mall is safe and secure 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
